Its been a week since i posted on my blog.My last post was on 25th April.Summer is slowly catching up in Hyderabad.Its only in the last 3/4 days that the temperature has risen to 40C or more.The weather pattern is seen to be undergoing a change and i'm actually getting a little worried.We are now in May and it actually starts getting cloudy towards the evening,akin to the weather in Bangalore,so very unlike the Hyderabad weather...and hence the worry.
The morning broke out today,with the news of,the death of Osama Bin Laden,one of history's,most awe,and, fear inspiring personalities the world has seen,in the last 15-20 years or so.He was apparently killed in a shoot out in Islamabad,Pakistan.He was one person who instilled fear in some and inspired confidence and pride,in some others.Whether he was the cause,i am not sure,but,i hope that,this will signal the tapering off ,of Terrorism and lead to a more peaceful world.
This year our trip is in summer,probably the first time in more than a decade, and we head into the hills,the Shayadris...to be more precise Panchgani, for about a week fom 20th May.I am sure the kids will have fun,though they wanted to go abroad(which i planned,but it fell thru for some stupid reason like rooms availability and No of people in 1 room...etc).Saw a couple of good movies last week and liked them quite a bit.One of them was "Dum Maro Dum",starring Abhishekh,Bipasha Basu and Rana Daggubati and Pratiek Babbar.I was really impressed with Rana.I think he's going to go far.
